Update send rate while a campaign is running

Hey There! I referred to https://sendy.co/forum/discussion/8762/is-it-possible-to-increase-sending-limit-while-a-campaign-is-sending and after updating the send rate settings, restarted the server. But it doesn't seem to have made any impact on the actual sending rate of a campaign.

I am not sure if updating the send rate setting during a running campaign is even possible.
