Cron Jobs Strato (triggering only every hour)

Hi,

I have troubles setting up Auto Responders in Sendy. Does the Cron Job need to run every minute? At my server provider Strato, with the package we have, it's only possible to set up Cron Jobs that run every hour. I'm not sure if this is the source of my problem, but since the documentation says the AR cron job should run every minute I thought it would be worth asking before I look any further.
