Removed unsubscribed and bounced list

I have a few questions.

I just got hundreds of subscribers from russia.
I added the double opt in to block these bots.
I spent 1/2 hour cleaning up the list and unsubscribing them.

Is there a more efficient way to do this?
How can I delete the unsubscribed list and the bounced lists?
Also, Do you send emails to your subscribers when you update the software? I'm not keeping up.
