Hi guys. I have Sendy up and running on my server, now I need to integrate with Magento. I saw some paid modules at the internet, but I dont want any "pretty face" and I dont want to spend more money. I just need my only list syncronized. Someone have a simple solution for this?

I try to add an email in a list of a client. I can't. I found in the database this email in an other list in an other client.
I think you check in all the database (multiple clients) if the emails is right, and if it's bounce (it can be bounce temporary...) for exemple, we cannot add the email in a list.
Can you verify?

I ran into this issue: http://sendy.co/troubleshooting#sending-stopped-in-the-middle-of-sending but I don't see a "Resume" button/link on the campaign item that is stuck.
I'm running v1.1.9.4 on AWS m3.medium and tried sending to my first list of 50,000 subscribers. Previous SES limits were at 25,000 and those campaigns completed just fine. I already tested sending an email via the AWS console and it sent just fine so I'm pretty sure it's a server/Sendy issue at this point. I have not setup cron sending.

I assume the pictures will need to be on an external site that is accessible to the public. Let's say the location was www.domain.com/pictures/picture1
How can I do this in Sendy?
i am using sendy from almost 8 months in ec2 instance. Yesterday i moved the sendy installation to another ec2 account keeping the same domain name there also. It opened perfectly. I can create campaign, fire the test email which it working perfectly fine. I have the production access as well.
But when I send the campaign, It keep on checking and preparing to send for more then 10 hours.
can you please suggest me where i got wrong.

I have 4 domains verified in my Amazon SES account for Sendy. It will be a separate brand for each..
In the setup steps 7 & 8, I have set up 1 SNS for bounces and configured all 4 domains to use that same 1 SNS record
Similarly I set up 1 SNS record for complaints and configured all 4 domains to use the same SNS record for complaints.
Is that correct, or am I supposed to set up a SNS bounces separate for each domain (4 total) and 4 separate SNS complaints records?

I have 4 domains verified in SES - 1 for each of 4 domains.
However, I mistakenly verified and configured BOTH an email address for each domain and then later verified and setup the (whole) domain.
Each of these has the configuration for bounces and complaints.
Is this a problem that I did both? My guess is "no" but I am not sure.
If it is a problem what should I do?

In Amazon SES when configuring the SNS records for bounces and complaints, there is a lin there for Delivery Notifications SNS Topic:
I do not see the setup says to use this (If somehow I missed it, sorry, but can't seem to find it)
Should this be left blank?

I was wondering if someone has helped. I have installed sendy several times and use it, as do some of my clients.
One in particular, is having an issue though. The server is hosted within an academic institution and we've had to get lots of changes to get wordpress to work.
With sendy, it's installed at http://gamedevelopers.ie/irishgamedev-newsletter and no matter what we do, when we try and log in, it gives us the error
Please fill in both email and password.
Now, the closest I can find to it on the forums is https://sendy.co/forum/discussion/1334/mod_rewrite-confusion-host-server-and-htaccess-says-yes-sendy-compatibility-check-says-no-/p1 and we've done that, but still having the issue.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi - Sendy is working well for me and everything seems to be in order. I recently processed a batch of users that we "opted in" in person and added them to the list in one shot - and (as expected, to some extent) the next email we sent had a higher bounce rate than usual.
I'm trying to account for exactly what the issue is (typo, something about the email or sender that is blocked by a host, etc.) and it occurs to me that it would be great to spot-check some specific bounce messages. It doesn't look like these are available either in Sendy or in Amazon SES.
So my Q: am I just missing this - is it possible to review the bounce messages our recipient's servers are sending when email bounces?
Second Q: I have read that "Bounces" in Sendy refers to hard bounces in which no email address exists. What happens to "mailbox full" or other soft bounces in Sendy with SES? It's far from clear to me how these are handled.

I've installed sendy on top of a Bitnami Lamp stack in AWS cloud. But I can't get passed the login screen. It keeps reloading the login page every time I try to login using my credentials. It's not mentioning anything about a wrong password, just reloads the page.
I've checked if the session.save_path is set correctly in php.ini. It's set to session.save_path = "/opt/bitnami/php/tmp". This is how it should be if I understand correctly.
What am I forgetting here? Thanks in advance.

I am unable to delete subscribers from a list when logged into Sendy. I would think this is an issue with the clean urls, but I see that php calls that are unrelated to subscriber deletion is working fine with clean urls. Can anyone provide some direction on how to best correct this error?

I recently discovered a really nice way to create my Email campaign templates.

They have a very simple to use Drag n Drop interface and I have used it for the past several of my newsletters.
They let you export the email as HTML which I can then drop into Sendy and add the custom unsubscribe links, webversion, etc. to the email.
it is great! Free to setup an account and create unlimited templates, etc.

Great product. I've used the signup form and autoresponder drip campaign successfully in the past, but I just moved servers and I can't seem to get the autoresponder to fire. The signup form connects because it captures the signup with no issues. I'm using smtp because of low volume, and I know that also does connect because I can send a test campaign to my email address no problem. But I just can't seem to get the autoresponder to fire.
Any thoughts? Kinda at a loss here...

I have been using Sendy this summer (2014) for quite a while. Now I need to send another newsletter and find my SES quota to be zero, and I can't send any emails. I did not touch anything in the Sendy of AWS configuration, user policy is attached, my AWS account is still active, and even my time seems to be synchronized with NTP. What could I be missing here? Do I need different servers for NTP? This is the ntpstat on the actual server.

Does anyone know of a way to grab an email address and first name from a form and based on whether a checkbox is checked, signup a user? I'd like to use such a function on both the registration and checkout page of one of my sites.
I cannot get Sendy getting started on my Ubuntu machine. Despite following the Get started guide and checking all errors from Troubleshooting, I get an nearly white screen when trying to install.
I downloaded the latest version (v1.1.9.5), extracted it to a folder, set user rights for the whole folder to sudo chmod u+x *, set the rights for folder uploads to 777 and made sure that there are no empty spaces before or after the first line in the config.php file. Also, I double-checked that I did not put in wrong apostrophes in Vim.
