Approx 35K emails, pinwheel on send, 2 hours

Approx 35K contacts with zero emails sent, pinwheel on send, 2 hours has passed "Sending". Cron is has been consistently working and I also followed the steps here: http://forum.sendy.co/discussion/921/campaign-not-sending I can also send individual emails or campaign test emails and they both send/arrive. No emails sent as per SES counts, nothing 0/0 in send and pinwheel continues to spin. Running 1.1.6.
