Pass field data to subscribed success page

I need to be able to pass the email address and a custom variable that I capture on my form to a success page so I can track properly with my tracking system. Can someone please tell me how I can do this, I have searched everywhere and could not find it.

Basically after the form is submitted I need to be able to display on page what sendy added to the database.

Any help would be awesome!
