Hello, I configured sendy to work on Windows, but you'll need Apache. I tried with IIS 7.5, the UI works fine but I couldn't send emails through Amazon SES. The Xampp on Windows stack doesn't work with sendy.
My config is Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, Apache 2.4, PHP 5.5.7, Sendy-1.1.7.8
I installed Apache from http://www.apachelounge.com/download/VC11/binaries/httpd-2.4.7-win32-VC11.zip and PHP from http://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/php-5.5.7-Win32-VC11-x86.zip
I have added a line to the .htaccess file, in order to redirect works fine.
RewriteBase /sendy
