Hey,
I have been trying to set up sendy with hostgator, but having trouble with the mod_rewrite option, it is currently disabled, so i can't reach the log in page yet.
I have read the forums and given the answers, regarding switching it on, and editing the htaccess file, to the hostgator tech team who had to raise a ticket for me after trying for around an hour, but I have also seen on this forum people saying they have set it up no problem!
So am or hostgator missing something here please? Do i need VPS hosting at all, and am i wasting my time with hostgator when i should be using amazon web services (i have little command line knowledge to help set it up, been muddling through with cpanel for hostgator)
