Can sendy scale to millions of emails?

Hi,

We need to send a daily email to all our members and it's going to work out at 400k a day or 12million per month. Can Sendy scale to this? Our SES limit is 90/s. To fork 90 PHP processes I wonder what instance type you'd need to run. Would a c1.xlarge cut it? A c1.xlarge is $480 per month and is 8 CPU cores and 7G or RAM.
